Louisville Card File: Drexel

The lack of preparation, the lack of focus and lack of adjustments of Rick Pitino and the Louisville Cardinals against Drexel are not worthy of comment.

With approximately 48 seconds to go in the game, with Louisville down by three, Peyton Siva was WALKING the ball up the floor. WALKING THE BALL UP THE FLOOR…DOWN THREE…48 SECONDS LEFT. There was not a more symbolic act of a totally worthless performance.

Outrebounded by 20! Something like 12 of 25 from the line! I am speechless.

That is that up-tempo style that was worked on during off-season.
It’s OK, it is a “transition ” year.

¿Una carencia del foco quizás causado por un ojo hacia Puerto Rico, quizás? Es justo pedir.

I wonder if maybe too many eggs were placed in the UNLV basket?

That particular game had been hyped ever since the win over Butler and had been built up to seemingly Final Four proportions.

At least the Knights are still rolling!!! Feel free to join the bandwagon! It won’t cost you much.
