The ever alert Dan Wetzel has just posted an online column regarding a monumental class action lawsuit filed by former UCLA Bruin Ed O’Bannon.
Seems the kids who live down the street from the former Bruin play video games, licensed by the NCAA, using O’Bannon’s likeness.
And, the former national champ thinks he deserves some royalties.
Why, why, why the audacity of such foolishness.
