They got ‘er done in the Elite Eight, bashing top-seeded Maryland by 17.

Jeff Walz’s Cards played great D, were focused, played tough and essentially had the Terps measured the whole second half.

U of L plays the winner of the Oklahoma/ Purdue game in the national semis in St. Louis.

So Cards fans have another weekend to look forward to.
