Okay, I read the message boards. And I post at message boards every so often. That said, I must admit that most of what is written is poo poo ka ka. Posters are fans, big fans. But few have even a scintilla of perspective. Yet, in this cybergalactic age, I’m as addicted as anybody.

Before I go on, let me say that the fans at the boards of my favorite team(s) are as bad as those of the teams I don’t especially like.

All that said, I thought some postings at catspause.com after UK’s loss to South Carolina to be . . . let us say . . . a bit much. On a thread titled, “I tried to tell ya, but I got hammered,” the Big Blue fans got a might testy with each other over whether Billy Clyde is worth keeping or just another bit of fecal matter. These UK fans are saying this to each other:

“You my friend, are a sloppy wet bag of douche.”

“Go to hell Penis Breath.”

“And you sir are a dick. Albeit a very small one.”

“UK Austin, aren’t you the fire hydrant pissing on the dog, calling someone classless.”
